A fanlisting is a web clique that unites fans of a certain topic (in this case, Kasumi Tomine). But unlike web cliques, a fanlisting does not require the ones who join to have a website. All that are required are Name, Country and sometimes, email address.

Who is Kasumi Tomine?
Kasumi is believed to be the cheeriest gal in the ACT (Alien Countermeasure Team) and she is the smartest of all of them. But then Kasumi Tomine is just a normal 12-year-old girl like her companion Kumi Kawamura and Yuri Ootani. She cannot express her own feelings so instead of crying them out, she says "Nya" and smiles. The truth behind Kasumi's smiles is a sad girl. The truth is that she is depressed. But she's very good at handling situations and very enthusiastic.
