2. Put your real name or nickname. There should be nothing like HeroFan0089 or Pinoy4ever. If you can't put your real name, a decent alias will work just fine. :)
3. Please put your real e-mail adress and country. It will be easier to contact you in case of new URLs, new owners, etc.
4. A website is not required. But if you have a website, make sure that it is your own and please put a code in a visible place in your site.
5. If you have a website, please make sure that it does not contain offensive materials. I will not add your site if it does.
